Horrible customer service! I got shellac-acrylics done last weekend & my shellac started to come off on every single nail. They tried to blame it on my “hair color”. Like it was my fault. They were extremely rude. I walked out & went to another salon that made my nails look like they should. I will NEVER go back to Heidi’s.

My daughter and I went there and the nail tech did not use a base coat before applying the gel and my daughters gel manicure didn’t last 3 days. They refused to redo their mistake and said it was due to her coloring her hair which was a ridiculous accusation. If I could give zero stars I would. Save your money and go to a salon where they know what they’re doing and stand behind their work.

Me and my friend went there for a mani-pedi and the girl that did my friends nails cut her on nearly every finger! They did not apologize and was really rude to my friend when she asked for a refund and apology. It was ridiculous.
