The place is nice to buy cute affordable cloths but the manager Wayne T has a bad attitude when it comes to Customer Service. I've never had as much problem as I've had today. He made a big deal about me not wanting to fill out the information sheet when I was checking out today. He tried entering my telephone # but could not find my name. Never once did he offer pulling my name up in the system. I had to ask him to do it. He was very rude and did not have a friendly tone. I've been going there for years and never do they make me fill out my information sheet. I wouldn't have mind if I wasn't on my lunch break and wasn't in a hurry, but this man Wayne T. stated that he will have to have that before I could even check out. I wanted to just drop everything and leave that store because of how he was. He never apologized and everything was "his way or the highway". I gave him a coupon and he never took that off my total balance. He gave it back to me and said I can use it all this week. Overall, very unfriendly person. I understand we all have our bad days but there should always be room for courtesy especially from a manager.
