WebsiteFounded in 1963, Orr Elementary School is an educational facility that provides academic instruction and enrichment programs to more than 440 students in pre-kindergarten through grade six. Provided by YPmobileThey say bulling is not tolerated well, it is and they even allow the teachers to bully the children and there is nothing they can do about it because there are cameras.
