My review was too long to post on here so I will give you the Cliff Notes version we dealt with Owen Shackleford, Kirk Myers, and Mike Jennings. After the “deal” was done and we got home and started reading the paperwork we realized we had been hustled. We were not given anything we told we were and found several discrepancies in the paperwork after calling Rath auto resources and voicing our concerns we were pretty much told oh well. I contacted the Attorney General‘s office explained the entire situation to them and they recommended that we retain a lawyer for bait and switch as well as contract discrepancies and Miss leading information. Fortunately we were able to get out of the contract and return the vehicle after we informed them that we were advised to retain a lawyer they shredded our paperwork took the vehicle back and told us to have a great day. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in hopes to get these illegal and crooked practices st miss leading information. All's good till you purchase your car. Then they become rude and of no help when selling you a lemon.

i have known Larry for many years he is honest and a sincere person. Rath is a good place to do business with.

With the help of Danny Novosad it took me two days to find the right car. Danny was a great help showing me different cars according to my specifications. I bought a 2013 Dodge Journey. I love it. Before going to RATH I had been to 7 different dealerships and not one sales person would help me.

You guys are awesome Jamie Linn was the salesman who helped me. He was kind and considerate, patient. I wish more salesmen were like him.
