My care during my stay was excellent. They did take care of my medical needs. The Doctors and staff made sure I understood everything before during and after. There was only one nurse on the fourth floor that was rude and put out because I asked a question. Everyone else was great. My problem is every time I go to see a physician I have a co-pay that I pay at the time of service. It never fails that I receive a bill for that same co-pay a month later. Each time I go to see a doctor I know I will have to call the billing office and wait on hold for approx. 20 min. When I do get a representative on the line, they act like they do not believe that I paid and have an attitude. It has sometimes taken 3 months to get it figured out, after numerous phone calls and faxes of bank statements showing proof of payment. In the mean time I have been turned over to a collection agency for something I have already paid for each time.

These people have the tact of a bedbug. They've led me on while keeping me thinking they could fix my hiatal hernia surgery for three years all the time KNOWING my entire case ONLY to let me know last Tuesday that my body would NOT be able to handle the sergery and I'd die. HE'S HAD TO KNOW THE THAT LAST THREE YEARS. What a E hole!!! Terrible hospital, Terrible doctors

good housekeepers, especially (Lara), she wrks. hard & seems like she really enjoys her job. thats hard to find nowadays & she always polite& kind& down to earth.
