I needed my hair braided and had an appointment with a braider who kept rescheduling and then eventually cancelled my appointment. I messaged Ashley and asked if she could braid my hair that day and she got me right in because she had a no show. Ashley did the most beautiful braids that I have ever had and she did not rush even though she had another client coming who actually had a scheduled appointment. I was happy to sit and wait and allow her to shampoo her other client’s hair because she was gracious enough to “rescue” me after the other lady flaked out on me. Thank you Ashley!
