I ordered a product and after not receiving it in a timely manor. I checked the tracking and showed at the UPS customer care center an hour drive from where i live. I called and was told they cannot deliver it because the shipper requested it to go there, i personally know the shipper and he provided all documentation that this is a lie. UPS still refused to deliver to my home, when i call UPS they ask for the delivery address on the product and it was listed as my home. UPS changed this and never notified me that it wouldnt deliver, they only hold packages 5 days and then return them. Not sure how i was supposed to have any of this info since they never communicated with me.

After working at this center for 7 days temp I learned a lot. They do not care about the customer. As long as it was delivered somewhere that's all they care about. The customer can call about it being delivered somewhere else, but the people working at the center won't do anything to help you recover it. It could have been delivered a block away, but it was delivered; no longer their problem. During Christmas the regular drivers have Helpers for their route. So if you are used to your regular driver getting to you at a certain time, don't expect it any time before 7pm during the Christmas season. If you have the option to ship thru a different carrier then I would do it. Shipping UPS is definitely not worth it.
