The people do their best but their hands are tied working for a company that does not make customer service a priority. After the company cheated me out of my free nights and weekends, my $45 a month ended up being $89. I was very annoyed with this and then the phone the LG completely sucked and they would not let me exchange it even though I had my receipt. In short Verizon sucks as a Carrier they are worse than A T &T. I miss Alltel.
