Technician was to do a tune up and inspection. He was late for the scheduled appt. I was quoted a price of $80.00 plus tax over the phone. When he finished he handed me a bill for over $488.00. He said he needed to add freon because it was down and there could possibly be a leak to a system that is only 5 years old and we have never had any problem with. He also admitted he could not find a leak. My complaint is he did work without our authorization first. He just went ahead and did it. He even admitted that during his inspection and tune up he may have released some freon. Do not use this company for your tune ups and inspections! I do intend to contact the BBB.
