"JT the computer guy" as we know him here at Knox has been THE BEST when it comes to working on our computers. His knowledge of computers and software is very extensive and he always handles himself in a professional manner. He has taken care of our computers for over four years and is always just a phone call away....which we like very much since everyone knows "NOTHING CAN BE DONE WITHOUT COMPUTERS!!!"

JT takes care of all our computer problems and is very dependable.

Help my computer JT!!! I call JT when the job needs done. He is reliable, honest and knowledgeable. He has done the following for us: 1)Repaired systems. 2)Recovered data from machines that went down. 3)Removed viruses. 4)Set up several new computers with all of our software and transferred all the data (we have a ton of data). 5) Made trips out in the field when we have trouble capturing a video that we need to download. 6) Helped us with "email" issues. 7) Helped us with networking and issues including the Xerox copy center. 8) He set up a remote connection so that when I had cancer - I could work from home or out of town. He is local and is always available by phone or email, just leave him a message and he gets back with me soon. He is prompt in fixing problems and follows up after the job is complete. J.T Walters is the best in repairing, programming, installing all computer needs. He helped our company set up our Quickbooks in multiple users, trouble shoots our network when needed. He is a local guy in town and is always available. J.T Walters has been with our company for 4 years and counting. We recommend his services to everyone.
