Though the generator was running, we had no power to the Coach while parked at the Walmart in Fort Stockton on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Called Clawhammer RV at about 5:30 pm. He came to the Walmart and confirmed that the transfer switch had failed. His testing of the switch told us that moving to an RV park and plugging into shore power wasn't going to work either. He couldn't fix it because he didn't have the part. However, the information he provided and the convenience of coming to the Walmart was well worth the trip charge. Now that we knew what was wrong, we could make arrangement to get it fixed in El Paso the next day. We recommend Clawhammer RV!
