FRAUD CHARGE WARNING! at 2571 N Front St, Fort Stockton, TX 79735



I paid at the pump with my credit card, not in the store. The first attempt after entering my zip code did not activate the pump, so I swiped the card a second time and entered my zip code and purchased about 6 gallons of gas, or about $14. Later that same day, the card failed the next time I tried to use it. It failed again, so I called my bank to find out there was a fraud hold on my card for a $150 plus charge at Pilot Fyling J gas in Fort Stockton Texas.



Since I used my card at the pump,no one else ever held my card. That means who ever was running the pumps in the business scammed me for the extra charges. I was out of town on vacation, suddenly with my credit card deactivated. Since it was consider fraud by my bank, they canceled my card and sent a replacement card by mail to my home address.



The company apparently has a track record if ripping people off. "The national travel center chain Pilot Flying J has struck a deal with federal prosecutors that will spare the company from criminal charges stemming from a scheme to defraud commercial customers of rebates. VPC"

HIGH turnover rate due to employees not being paid. Dictating if they can work a second job or not. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! If I didn't have to star, you can be sure I WOULDN'T! To tell an employee they cannot have a second job because they work for you is unethical, and you should be turned in for it. OH WAIT! I'm going to do that right now! to corporate, AND the labor board!
