Staying long term for a job , after looking at dozens of parks in the Pecos and ft Stockton area this is the cleanest , most manicured , friendly , quiet and accommodating I have found as well as reasonably priced considering the oil boom in the area

We stayed one night while traveling though the area. We found the owners friendly. He led us to our parking spot with his truck. The parking area was level and had enough length that we did not have to disconnect the truck from the coach (65+ ft rig). We'd stay will them again.

We have been staying at Hilltop since August 2009 when the Newbys first opened their park. We are very happy there for many reasons This is a short list:



The Newbys are very freindly and family centered. They live on site and are always adding something to make the park nicer.

The park is new with state of the art electric ( no power loss or surge).

There is a nice chain link fenced dog run.

The water is from a well and taste good,

The sunrises and sunsets are never blocked and absolutely breathtaking.

It is close to town ( 5minutes) yet in the country enough that you have wildlife visiting.

I could go on and on but only a visit will really give you the true feel for this wonderful park.

Last but not least, we know that there are other parks in the area that are cheaper in price and may have some amenities that the Newbys have not put in yet (remember this park is new) but they do not come close to giving us the peace and knowledge that this family is safe.
