I was traveling thru Ft. Stockton so ordered a food for pick up. The lady asked what two sides I wanted with my steak. I assumed they came as a meal. So I asked for a garden salad and baked potato. When I git back I looked at the meal and no salad. Then I looked at the receipt. I was charged for both the potatoe and the salad?? $21.53. Pretty pricey for an 8oz steak. And a potato that was just a potato with a half teaspoon of sour cream. I called and said I didn't get my salad and she told me I was supposed to get my own?? It would have been nice to know that. Very disappointed. Especially since it was do expensive.

On a recent road trip, we had a hankering for steak while near Stockton. K-Bob's sounded and looked good. The steaks were superb, the waitress generally excellent, however the peach cobbler was not at all close to what a peach cobbler should be. When she returned and asked how it was, I told her is was NEC (Not Even Close) to peach cobbler and should be taken off the menu. She was young and did not think to remove it from my tab. Still, the steaks more than made up for the pie.

I have eaten in the kbobs in Lamesa , tx many times and found it to be a great dinning experience. Boy was I shocked at this place. Over priced, Poor Service, Cold Food, I would not allow my worst enemy to eat here.

Kinda pricey. The salad bar had some pretty good choices. Hamburgers were good but the steaks were too spicey. Service stinks.

When sitting down here with my family this past Labor Day, I was pleased at the minute changes in the menu and restaurant. Once our waitress had come to greet us, however, things took a turn for the worst.

First, our waitress was horribly rude to us.

Second, my food tasted terrible. I had ordered steak and shrimp, the shrimp still tasted like the disgusting water it swam in and despite ordering a "medium well" cooked state, I had received a rare steak instead.

I did not pay the $14 for the plate, it was not worth a single penny.

The only thing that changed from my last visit a year ago was that my steak wasn't frozen at the center this time.
