We hire Advanced Fire to conduct our annual inspections for all of our fire protection equipment and rely on them throughout the year for new additional equipment needs. They have always been reliable for meeting appointment times and deadlines, and their office staff are so friendly, helpful, and courteous. The field technician is knowledgeable and professional in all respects. Overall they have been the best for us.

We recently hired Advanced Fire Protection Services to team up with us on a project we had in Destin Fl. This project was very sensitive in many ways: occupied by multiple businesses, multi floors, the system was charged (meaning it had pressure on it) limited time line in which we were able to work on the system and working on system around multiple other project team members. Advanced Fire Protection Services undoubtedly knows the value of scheduling and performance. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and production sets them well above par. They absolutely know their trade and have been very well coached in Fire Protection. They even went as far as replacing sprinkler heads well outside of their scope of work because as their lead field man Danny says “they could potently fail” Hats off to the entire team at Advanced Fire Protection Services – we look forward to teaming up with you on the next one.

If you want to wait for over a year for them to send a repairman after you file a claim, this is the place for you. If you want to wait so long the appliance fails but you can't throw it away because you're still waiting for compensation, this is the place for you. If you want an offer for a replacement so low that you can't buy one even on Craigslist, this is the place for you. If you want their employee to run into a utility pole and then get a letter that the company won't pay you for power surge damage unless you sign a letter saying neither their company nor their employee are liable, this is the company for you.
