I just had to have some major ...

I just had to have some major work done on my 2005 Honda Accord. As a single woman, I'm a bit leery of mechanics, but Monroe treated me very well. Not only did he fix my car (it's now running great), but he also went out of his way to find my valet key, clean the interior and put my lug nut locks to use so my wheels wouldn't get stolen. He was very gracious and understanding of my situation and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

I'd have to say that I was very anxious about the entire situation before I took my car in as I'd never had any automotive work done by them. I usually take it to the Honda dealership. By the time I left, I was greatly relieved and also saved several hundred dollars. I will refer all my friends to this business as I know they'll get a fair shake and the work will be completed correctly. They also guarantee their work so if I have any future problems with what they fixed, I won't have to worry about it.

If you're a single woman and you go into a mechanic's shop by yourself, you know that many will take advantage of this situation, You won't have to worry about this with the guys at Asian Automotive. I was greatly impressed and am very happy with the outcome of their work.

Don't let the outside of this business fool you. It's full of cars in various states of repair and is not a fancy garage. In fact, some of the cars are worked on just as they sit - in the yard. Be careful what you brush up against as you may get your clothes stained! But that's OK. Good mechanics seem to be that way. They're more concerned with the work than they are with the aesthetics of the place.

If you need a good mechanic that's fair and efficient, this is the place for you!

bad service and very sneaky

i took my car to asian automotive with a code that read miss fire cylinder 1. the options the computer gave us was plugs which i had done already, plug wires which were already done as well, and distributor or distributor cap, these have not been done. i let the owner know when i dropped it off and he said no problem, my wife also let him know that we had very limited funds to call us when he found out the problem so we could tell him if we could afford it or not. well the first thing he did was change a batter cable end ,something i could do, and charged us $118, and said that fixed it. of course it did not, the car died on us again. so we took it back and again let him know what the read out said and to call us because we are pretty much broke. he then put a fuel pump on and told my wife that the old one looked like it was bad. thats like looking at a light switch and saying it may go out any moment. o yea and he charged us $374 and of course it did not fix problem. the car died on my wife at 12:00 midnight and i had to go get her and the car.i later called asian auto motive told them i would no longer use them and took my car to someone else. they put a new distributor cap and rotor on and the car has yet to die again.
