Whenever I have needed marine supplies, Auer is THE FIRST place to go, since 1995, for myself. I know he has been around for many more years. Knowledgable people --Pat, Mr. Auer, Phillis in the shop...the list goes on. I have bought boats, bought replacement trailers, & parts for myself and to help out the neighbor, when needed. A great business. Mr Auer is very concerned with a good product at a fair price. Wish more businesses used his model.

I bought my Key West there in 1999 and continue to get all my boat services and parts from Auer. Berine, Phillis, Mr Auer and the whole team are highly qualified to provide each individual the support and advise needed to keep you on the water.

I have shopped at Auer Marine since 1995 when I purchased my first boat. It was used and needed much TLC. The staff at Auer has the knowledge to get it right the first time. They have helped me with issues on Saturdays during high traffic seasons with little fixes for major issues. They know what they talk about and they will tell you if they don't. Phil Auer is an older gentleman, and I have never met anyone with more character than he has. He cares deeply about the dealership and his customer base. I feel that the parts department has what I need, or can get it quick. It isn't like a boating warehouse, but they know who to call when you want something they don't have. I have had service, repairs, parts and I now own a boat that came from their showroom in 1998. Still runs, still looks good and is just now in need to TLC to bring it back up to date.I charish the relationship I have with Auer and the staff. I will always go there first before I try someone else.

I'd give them no stars but yelp makes it where u must give one. Please do not go there!!! I ll explain. I have a boat. But found a boat for sale south of here and it does not come with a trailer. So I went to Auer Marine and was told to see the owner Phil. This guy is probably 70 or 80 years old. Uses a cane to walk. Well I needed to find a trailer that will hold a 23 foot boat. He has one for sale for $3300. I explained my situation. Was willing to leave him my boat title and hummer title to hold if he would allow me to use the trailer to pick up this boat. I'm in the military and don't have 3 grand for a trailer. If someone needed a trailer or something I could help with in the boating community I would help. He explained to me that he is selling it and posed the question what if someone comes in and wants to buy it...I then told him that it's messed up that he won't help me and that he just created someone who will tell everyone I know not to go to Auer Marine. And word of mouth by the way can make or break a business. I ll never tell anyone to go here. The place is garbage. There are a million other marinas that I will shop at.

My experiences with Auer have always been good. The techs are very knowledgeable and the parts dept. can always find what I need. The acronym for B.O.A.T. (break out another thousand) holds true here and anywhere you go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone repairing your own boat or needing repair.
