The car broke down twice on the way home. Called them and emailed they never responded. They are fake and liars

While the staff is very nice, beware of their tactics. The car I chose was priced over double the Kelly Blue Book value. I was told they use NADA. NADA price was even lower than Kelly. I was then told I had the wrong car, so I looked at all models, makes, styles for that year. None of the prices came close to what they had quoted. I was then told it was up to the lender, not them, which I know is a bunch of bologna. Wasted my entire day. It is true they can get you financed, but you will pay over double what the vehicle is worth plus ridiculous interest. You are better off with a local dealership used lot or online financing, which i found to be much more reasonable even with no credit.

Spiro...Wow!. Car I was interested in was highly over priced for the high milage (110,000 plus) on it. When asked why said that was the price on blue book. I had blue book price printout with adjustment for milage but he said that was the price, take it or leave it and copped a atitude. He also had it priced substantialy over the value of same car with less then 35,000 miles. He also stated down payment has higher then advertised. I confronted him with picture I took with price and down payment on windshield (since removed) a couple of days before. Got mad and made lame excuse.
