I have been getting my hair cut & colored and having my eyebrows waxed here since we moved here in 2010. I have also tried the eyelash extensions and loved them too. If i were rich i would have an ALL day appointment here once a week. I drive from San Destin and would NEVER go anywhere else. I LOVE this Salon and all the people in it. The staff is always good about getting you in right away and they always go out of their way to make you comfortable. My hair is not easy to cut and i cant imagine going anywhere else.

Terrible service, terrible salon, nothing pleasant to say about my experience at this salon and I cannot stress enough how bad they are at doing hair! What a nightmare.

I have been coming to Bella since last June and they have been completely amazing and helpful. Brittany Coulbourn spent hours with my hair coloring it and now it's perfect. I recommend every woman I meet to come to Bella Day Spa.

I just recently moved to Florida from Atlanta earlier in the year. I am really particular about my hair and was looking for a new Hair dresser. I tried a few hair salons in the Destin - Fort Walton Beach area. I stumbled across Bella because it was on the main drag of Highway 98. I was very pleased with the professional service of Bella Spa & Salon. I was referred to Brittany who colored and highlighted my hair. Wow - she did a great job! She is definitely a color expert and precision cutter! The staff is very professional, and the salon is very clean. The lady, Sue, who works the front desk is very friendly and personable! She explained all of the services offered in great detail and seems to really care. She always ask if I'd like coffee or water every time I vist. The staff is great at Bella! I have already referred a few of my girlfriends who also love this salon.

This was the most unexperienced Salon I've ever been to. I made an appt and when I arrived for my appt I wasn't even in the appt book and they were so unorganized and very unprofessional in here, It took a min for anyone to greet me. Also someone walked in after me for a walk in appt and they weren't even busy at the time and couldn't even do this person. Don't post a BIG sign that says walk ins welcome if you aren't going to take them! I was never apologized for this and I will never go back here nor reccommend anyone to this place. It was the most uncomfortable salon visit I've ever had!

I went here once and they ruined my hair the man working the front desk wasn't very pleasant to me at all. Come to find out he was the owner, he seem unexprienced and had no clue about hair in the first place and was busy the whole time taking pictures on himself on his cell phone. Seriously who runs a business like that. I will never go back here nor reccomment anyone to go here!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding a couple of weeks ago, and the bride scheduled all of the wedding party appointments at Bella's to get our hair done. They did not have enough stylist to get us all done at one time (There were 4 of us including the bride). So, we had a lot of wait time. Then, we brought specific pictures of updo's that we wanted out hair to look similar to. Not only did they look nothing like the pic... it took them hours ( and we washed, dried, and styled our hair before we came) to do our hair, and then 2 of the 4 girls had to go back before the wedding because their hair kept coming down. My hair did not fall but thats probably because I had over 200 hundred pins in my hair and they were black and my hair is blond!!!!! I have never been to a salon that was this awful. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! They do not use hairspray and they clearly have very little experience in doing updos. BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!
