Ok, let's see where I should start... First let me say this.... it is a very questionable software and equipment this company is implement and their technical knowledge is even more questionable. You don't have to read any further if you take a quick look at their website. The design and unprofessional touch will speak for it's self. But if this is not enough here are some Cons:1. The "webcam server" implementing is a the cheapest custom build PC with a simple Windows XP installation. 2. The software looks like it is written and designed for Windows 98 and it's not been updated to today. 3. If you have a problem you can never get a hold of the two and only tech guys (Chris and Brian). At least a nice Lady is picking up the phone calls and pretending that they are a big and professional company but no one is available at this time.
