Web site does not display business hours of any branch. Star teller phone number does not work many times. Direct deposit has been deposited in the wrong suffix four times and each time I have been informed the problem was fixed.

This credit union has terrible service. Trying to purchase airline tickets on a saturday after i had went to the credit union last week to transfer money into account and told them i would be purchasing airline tickets. Finally found the cheap flight and guess what debit card DECLINED. Called number on card and they said cannot authorize charge that i have to contact bank. Bank is not open until monday. Needless to say I cannot get this flight. I cannot access my own money. This would be terrible if i was stranded somewhere until monday.

I give this credit union and branch a 10 out of 10 for excellent service and ease of any banking need. I suggest if your not happy go to one of the other credit unions and/or banks and I guarantee you will be back!

I'm not sure what these folks are talking about. The Home Branch login is at the top of the home page. Couldn't be any easier.

I was trying to do my use to be easy check my account inthe online banking. I keep getting other banks blendedin with eglin and it seems I can never single you outwithout getting many other banks at the same time. Andso far finding my online banking is still a mystery. Yousurely will trim business online with this new way. Allyour computer programers will be the only ones able touse it.

YOUR NEW WEB PAGE IS JUST ABOUT THE STUPIDEST THING YA'LL HAVE EVER DONE!!! TAKES FOREVER TO FIND AND GET INTO THE BANK PAGE TO GET TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS. WHAT NUT CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA???? ADVERTISEMENTS FOR OTHER BANKS??? MAYBE WE SHOULD PICK ONE OF THOSE BANKS!! GLORY DAY IN THE MORNING IT ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH THE GOVERMENT HAS GONE CRAZY!!!!! RATE IT??!!!!!
