watch out

I was looking for a good used truck to replace mine that I had just totaled. I found a ranger pickup, my wife noticed the tires in the rear were a different size than the tires in the front. The sales manager was ask about it. He said all Rangers came like that, when I said they didn't, because that was what I was replacing, he got very defensive and said "go check the new ones then". We did, and all the tires were the same size. The sales man was very nice about it, but the sales managed was anything but. I'll never purchace another vehicle from Gary Smith, and i have purchased 3 in the past.

Don't go to Gary Smith Ford

We have had bad dealings with both the maintenance side and the selling side. They are the real 'dodgy car salesman'. Wouldn't waste my time ever again!! For instance, call for a price on a car we liked - got the run down what is in it, got the price, went down to test drive and after the test drive they tell us the price didn't include some of the already built in features (such as navigation) and the price is now $7000 more than what they told us. Total BS.

I have to say many many people warned us not to go, and we did and we got the same bad experience everyone else gets. DON"T GO DON"T GO DON"T GO - thats my only advice!.
