What a terrible experience. I had a house tiled by Kitchen and Bath Center and will never use this company again. The tiles were a combination of different manufacturer runs (meaning half were one shade darker than the other half) and the tilers immediately decided to change the quoted 1/8" grout gap (previously quoted) and gave a 1/4" instead, which looks terrible but makes the tilers' job much easier. My home was so filthy and damaged by the time the crew finished (48 hours to complete an entire house - a new world record) that I had to literally repair and/or repaint every wall, door and frame. The workmen were rude and inconsiderate, ran the A/C full cold in the middle of summer with the front and back doors wide open and used foul language in front of my wife.
