Good luck exchanging your mattress! They had no problem taking my money but after having the $3,000+ Tempurpedic set for 2 nights they didn't want anything to do with me. They wanted us "to give it more time" they said "maybe it just took some getting use to". Insisting that I wanted a different less expensive one the tables turned they were no longer smiles it was talk about business expenses and when we agreed on an exchange they charged me for two delivery fees then lost another $100 in the exchange from tax. No so much of a 90 day comfort policy. How can you sleep at night? No pun intended!
