I needed to get through to your service department, at Okaloosa Water department. The operator was rather dull like this job is not for her. Cheerfulness in customer service is a must and it starts with the first person who is spoken to. I hope that once I get through to the water service department my experience will be more enjoyable. I'm on hold now for 3 mins. I hope its not a long hold. I hope for a friendly courteous customer service representative. Well now since my bill is due by business close today there was no relief from the customer service representative I spoke with inthe matter of I have no money til my payday this Thursday. I was however directed to the Salvation Army or what have you to help in this matter. How quaint. Waiting for the bill to be paid to them is such a Hard ship for the water bill department that they can't go without the 84 dollars that is past due to them. A shame. I mean Thursday coming up just isn't enough so I will be sure to give my children a good bath and make sure my floors are scrubbed and pay to have it turned back on Thursday July 3rd and of course there will be a reconnect fee on top of that to have it turned on but hey whats that to them. Them first my family second its not skin off their nose right. I mean come on now...3 days its not like I'm asking for a week or two..good grief....Well, I can't think of anything else nicer to say about the people that work there but understanding heck no, caring no way they are in it for themselves obviously.
