Mass confusion from scheduling to domino effect that stresses drivers, If they are late you miss your appointment, if you are late on return from missed appointment they leave you without alternative. Fares vary for the same curb to curb ride, mine went from one dollar to two dollars. Recently, unannounced, they refused checks which had been accepted, and suddenly required cash, which as a senior' I don't carry. Monthly passes are not useful to infrequent riders. Apparently , we are going to add an ATM to our route in order to get cash to pay our fare. This no checks policy was not well thought out.
