I've been a customer since 2012 and this is the 3rd state. I have excellent credit with these people. I considered a loan for bill consolidation. I went to my account online and applied and it said I was approved for a certain amount and it would be unsecured. I was notified to go into my store to sign the papers. By the time it made it to the store, suddenly I was approved for a lot less and it was Secured instead of unsecured. I hate the bait and switch crap so I didn't get anything but because they basically lied to me, I now have another inquiry on my credit report.. When I complained, the loan person was rude. Apparently they don't care if they tell you one thing to get you interested and once you're interested, they tell you something entirely different. Who wouldn't complain about that? Either way, I'm done with this branch and maybe all One Main stores.
