I payed the attorney $600 because I was not sure if I was going to go through with utilizing their service. In the end, I negotiated with my creditors on my own. I asked that my money be refunded and Kenya Risen proceeded to tell me the funds were non refundable because I was making the attorney available whenever I paid him. Kenya laughed and said I really don't know what to tell you. I could tell you the same thing 100 times and it would not change anything. This is a small firm and I suppose they need the money more than I do.

My husband and i barrowed 1500 dollars to hire mr risen and he didnt help us at all we explained to him we didnt have the money to pay the 1200 dollars a month for child support that we did want to help but couldnt afford that he recomended we agree to 900 a month and he would refile to lesson the amount. not only did he completely stop contacting us after the court other than a letter in the mail saying we owed another 500 dollars but durring the time we were using him he didnt work around our schedual my husband was stationed in hawaii a 6 hour difference so if he wanted to talk he had to wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning and then go to work at 5. Also this lawyer would not speak to me even after my husband gave him permission.

Small law firm with a lot of knowledge. Not your typical lawyers. Were down to earth and very helpful and friendly. Always made me feel comfortable.

Attorney and assistant were so nice. Helped me through a difficult time. Always there to answer questions. Prices were reasonable too.
