Called to donate on 27th. Lease up on 31st. Before I could finish asking the lady about when would they be contacting me to schedule pickup, she rudely interrups me and tell me that I need to find someone else then because she can't tell me when. She must know that people WORK and can't sit at home to babysit a pick up. Even cable companies realize this!!! I told her I was going to just put the couch and love seat beside the road for trash but I changed my mind later because some needy family can probably use the set and I won't let someone that don't value their job, care about the needy or have decent customer service skills deter me from that. The devil was busy today but I rebuke thee.
