I was forced to give these people 1 star; otherwise, I was unable to rate this company at all. If it was up to me I would give them no stars. If you need an A/C company, please find a different one. I was called at 8:02am, by Judy, which I later found out was on vacation. She hasn’t been in the office and has no idea what's going on. She proceeded to inform me the technician would be out between 12-3pm that day. At 3:20pm I call the company, which will ring for 4 minutes before going to voice mail. Just to have no one call me back regardless of how many time’s I’ve called and left messages. My husband and I had to get the landlord involved, again. Unfortunately this was the only way the company would answer the phone. The technician is now leaving Adelphi MD at roughly 3:30pm to get to our house in North Beach MD. To continue their sack of lies and nonsense, the company told us the tech would be here in an hour. No one at this company could be bothered to inform us that he was running behind, answer the phone, return phones calls - period, and now they are incapable of reading a map, and guestimating time frames. The technician, James, who has finally graced us with his presence, has the personality of wet cardboard. He’s non-apologetic for being two-hours late, he’s rude, inconsiderate, and has done nothing but act as though we are an inconvenience to him. Not once did he tell us what was wrong with our air conditioner, what he was doing to fix it or if it was going to happen again. Do not waste your day on these people. A drunken monkey would be better equipped to come out to your house.
