I used to take my daughter to seeing Dr Sinha excellent doctor and he's not there anymore I need to locate him.anyway I set up an appointment for my daughter with a doctor William someone call me on the day of the appt at 8:45am and keep in mind that my appointment was at 9:30am I understand that stuff happens but I still think that's unprofessional to call you the day of the appointment to reschedule and then when rescheduling you can schedule it on the day that would accommodate the patient and when I talk with someone about setting up the appointment when I needed to for my daughter first of all let me say the person was very unprofessional talking on the phone she act like she didn't want to schedule an appointment for me she didn't have any type of phone niceness at all she made me seem like as she didn't care if I set up an appointment or not she just didn't care at all so I decided to never ever come to that location and to take my business elelsewhere.
