A worker at Salinas, A Filipina girl by the name Chinky originally from Clinton MD. Oddly discourages buyers.Telling people prices are too high at Salinas, mentioned better prices and Varity at Filipino Global Supermarket & Manila Oriental Market just over the bridge in Virginia 20 min away.She discourages fellow Filipino from associating with the Local Filipino.Saying even though she is a Filipino she doesn’t trust Filipino in their.Cant be trusted.Dislikes the Filipino that stand outside the store daily.What they call standby.Here it’s called loitering. Said in Clinton there weren’t many Filipino like they’re in Oxon Hill or Fort Washington. The less Filipino the better!That’s the way she liked it.Aside from her statements of prices being high. I wonder if the owner and fellow workers feel the same way about their fellow patrons making purchases at their store? The standbys (hired goons) I have heard from so many others that they do tend to detour customers who now shop elsewhere.
