If I had the ability to give them 0 stars I would. I enjoyed the service station when Brian was working there. On Saturday July 16, 2016 my husband and I took my car to get the front and rear brakes and rotors replaced. When we picked the car up and drove it home, which is conveniently 1.5 miles away, my car starts making this loud thudding noise (only when the brakes are pressed).

I took the car back on Monday, because they were closed on Sunday, and no one was able to find/fix the issue. Now here it is, Wednesday July 20, 2016, I am not able to drive my car, get to/from work, and I have a road trip coming this Friday and I would probably have to use a rental.

I am beyond disappointed in the service that was provided. I am not saying they didn't try to fix the problem. I am saying they did not try hard enough. I feel as if they told me things just to get me out of their face, but little do they know I am not finished.



NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!
