CAMCO is a first-class property management organization. They are a tremendously experienced, competent, and professional management company. Ignore all the prior 1-star reviews (which cannot be real). They have earned our HOA board's trust and I strongly recommend them.

I am the Board President of a Phoenixville-based homeowners association, and I am grateful for the outstanding support they have provided our Board. They are very responsive to the needs of our community. Our community manager is an excellent communicator and is proactive, competent, experienced, well-trained, and a pleasure to work with. CAMCO's executive leadership is also very accessible, experienced, and great to work with.

CAMCO has a long, distinguished track record with HOAs in the Greater Philly area for a reason. They are well run, they have a great team, and most importantly, they care about the communities and boards that they serve.

I wish you could leave a zero star review because even that would be too many stars. This company is pathetic. I have had damage to my roof due to trees falling on it from the neglected property they manage. They said they would send someone out to fix the issues and it's now been 8 months with no resolution. Kelly Donnelly who is the office "manager" is worthless. Do NOT hire this company for anything.

Not worth the effort just like the company to write about their ineptness. Very caustic firm to add insult to injury.

These people are the worst! They are quick to hand out fines if a neighbor doesn't keep their yard clean, which is cool. But we have had damage on the outside of our chimney from Hurricane Sandy for over a year now and they have yet to fix the problem. Of course, we have had birds and wind coming through the holes in the structure. Multiple letters and emails are not enough to get them moving on this. WTH??
