The quality of the work done to my 2007 Escalade was beyond terrible. The truck was poorly done and not gone over in a professional manner. My truck has undercoating spray on the front drivers side bumper cover at the corner of the wheel well, over spray of the undercoating on my fender well and side of my fender, undercoating spray on my running boards (Chrome Not to mention). Then not to mention they sprayed a solution on both driverside and passenger side of the truck from mid door and down and left it on it and it stained my black paint job and ruined it. Kelly Chevrolet had sold me this 5 Year Warranty Plan which was taken to 14/69 car wash for the warranty work to be done and have this applied to my truck which I have only owned for less than 2 weeks. This truck was in PERFECT shape. Just a few chips, no dents, scratches, stains, no imperfections on the paint no bleach colored spray marks or undercoating all over it like it was. I got my truck back with 1/4 tank of gas used.

BRIAN AND HIS CREW ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB FOR MY WIFE AND I. THEIR CAR WASH IS AS GOOD AS MIKES IF NOT BETTER,CAN NOT REMEMBER LAST TIME I WAS AT MIKES. EVERY CAR WAS I HAVE USED I TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO DRY IT, THIS IS A MUST WITH ANY CAR WASH. I WILL go to 14/69 as long as I HAVE WHEELS.

I can't say enough good things about 14/69. I needed my pathfinder detailed to trade it in. The suv is beautiful looks better then it did when I first bought it. They got it at 3 pm and had it done by 10 the next moring and more impressive the seats were dry in the morning which I wasn't expecting. I'd recommend them to anyone. Will be bringing the new car there when it needs detailing

I used to take all my vehicles to the carwash for the truck accessories and detailing.



Over the last couple of years the detailing has not met my expectations and after a really botched accessory installation, I had asked where was Wayne as he had taken care of my vehicles for over the last 10 years. I was told that he had quit and since he left nobody inspects the vehicles anymore.



All I had to do in the past was call Wayne and I knew that I was always in good hands as I never had a problem and the quality always met or exceeded my expectations. Since I have found out that he quit, this now makes sense why the quality value has definitely dropped in the last couple of years.



I will now be finding a new place to get my vehicles detailed.

Very professional staff. Service exceeded expectations. Very thorough. An absolute bargain for the fantastic job done. Willing to sport the bumper sticker that says" I love the detailers at 14/69 Car Wash Supercenter". No more coupons for me. I'm staying with this company for all 3 of my vehicles.
