"Mr.Grey" is the hardest person to work with! It is a family run business out of a small house on the southside of Fort wayne. He lacks professionalism and has no interest in helping resolve issues or complaints. He has threatened jail numerous times, to the point we contacted the judge in our case for help getting "Mr. Grey" to change our payment arrangement to biweekly!

I left the previous review and noticed there are 4 and 5 stars marked for expertise and professionalism.

That is not accurate. I gave them a 1 star rating for each.

There is no edit option, so I wanted to clarify.

In order to not distort the average overall rating, I gave them a 2, this time.

That's where they were after my previoys ranking.

I found the people at AAA to be quite accommodating to arrange a payment schedule for my account. Was treated fairly and respectfully.

They were rude. I am trying to pay off my debt and forego court, but the "Mr.Grey" which is every man in there was so rude. He didn't want to accept payment, would not negotiate on terms. I did work with a woman a few days ago and she was extremely helpful. But NOT "Mr. Grey"
