Absolutely Wonderful Service! We had a lighting control module issue where the headlights on the car would just shut off randomly. Bob Thomas Ford Dealership-North got us in the next day to fix our issue. They were very polite on the phone and set us up with an appointment right away and told us who to ask for when we were to come in. They told us on the phone it would take an hour to repair and it took exactly that. Very friendly staff. We have called other Ford Dealerships and they gave no where near the customer satisfaction that this dealership gave us. If I buy another Ford it will be from this dealership, by far the best one around. Literally the customer service they gave was the kind you always hope to get.
