I called this morning and Carl came out right away. He identified my bugs as cockroaches I had pick up in my bags from my recent trip to Texas. I am mortified but he calmed my fears with his confidence in being able to eliminate them. He went above and beyond by giving me travel advise on how to prevent bringing critters home with me. He sprayed right away. I was impressed with his knowledge and his calming demeanor with a very freaked out customer. I highly recommend this company. I'll update on the bug situation in a month but I have to be honest, I have full confidence they will be no more.

Call this company/man if you have any kind of pest problem. You will be much better off than calling a well known named company.

I had a nest of yellow jackets in the wall of my house. I first called Orkin who quoted me $250 to fix the problem, sight unseen with a 30 day warranty. I next called Bug Free Pest Control. They not only offered me a free estimate but said they could have someone here that afternoon between 3 and 5:30. Less than an hour later (1:30pm) I received a call from Billy who said he could be at my house in 10 minutes. He looked at the problem and fixed it within an hour for considerably less than Orkin with a 6 month warranty to boot. If you need pest control in Fort Wayne, please keep your business local and use Bug Free Pest Control.

Very neat, clean and professional in appearance...did a good job of eliminating my yellow jacket problem.

These guys were great--I called them and they were here 30 minutes later! Plus, their rates were much lower than their competitors. Very happy with their service and I would use them again in the future.

These guys are amazing! We moved from a roach infested apartment into a new home and of course we had some carry on passengers. I called 5-6 different companies on a Saturday and they (along with one other) were the only ones who answered my call and they were the ONLY ones happily willing to come out on the spot! Billy never once made me feel like I was over reacting to the problem and was very comforting. When he came to treat he was very friendly and great with our young son. He explained everything and reassured us that if we had any questions or concerns we could call… anytime! After being out of town for a few days, during a power outage, the roaches came out of hiding again. We called Bug Free and they came out and re-treated the same day. I’m happy to say I haven’t seen one in quite some time and even happier to say that if I do see one I know I can call and they will take care of us. Way better service than any big name company and way better prices too!!!

Had a mice problem, called on a holiday, Billy was there within 30 minutes and took care of it with a warranty! Can't Beat That!!!!

We hired Bug Free in dec 2012. They came in and educated the staff prior to even bidding a price. We went from having a local competitor doing weekly visits with upwards of 15 apartments each visit to now we are two week visits with less than 7 apartments each visit. Cost is NOT the factor here. The personal and knowledgable service and freindly resident interaction is worth it at twice the price.

I highly recommend Bug Free Pest Control..you can trust them and they are honest... they are the BEST in the business!



I called them today with a mouse concern in my attic and they responded within hours. Billy, their technician, arrived at my home, he was clean cut and professional. He did a though inspection and found the mouse entry points... a necessary prerequisite to the fix.



I also found their technician, Billy to be friendly, personable, as well as knowledgeable....he was definitely client oriented and passionate about his work.

Excellent business! I called around to many different places to deal with a roach problem, and all the other places would cost me an arm and a leg. This place was affordable to me. I called them one evening and the following day they came to my house to take care of the problem. If I have another bug problem, Bug Free is who I am calling :) !

John with Bug Free is THE BEST! He is "my bug guy." All of his work is guarenteed, so if you see a bug after he comes (with the exception of them coming out for the first few days), he will come back no questions asked --but I have never had to have him come back. The treaments last about 6 months and are very resonable in price. He is kind, courteous, and prompt. I won't use anyone else!

A real pleasure dealing with a local company. The guys (John and Billy) were prompt, courtious and very friendly. They spent time looking for issues but didn't wast time and once they started, they were done in a reasonable amount of time. I will be having them back for regular service 3 times a year. They are a BBB comany and again, local - I have used the big companies and they don't compare. Call John - you will be glad you did.

We received courteous and prompt service. A hornet nest the size of a soccer ball was erradicated and removed the same day we called... not having to wait until dark. The name of the company does it justice. After my first treatment all my pesty little ants were gone. The service definitely fits the advertisement. They are very professional, service was the day I phoned, and they treated me and my home with respect. If you are like me, when you phone a service it is because you have tried everything else and you want the little pests "gone" NOW! I had a problem with carpenter ants in the attic. John, from Bug Free, came the day I called him. He did a very thorough inspection in and around the house. He explained the methods and products he would use thoroughly. After talking with 4 other firms, I hired John and was not sorry! He got rid of the ant problem in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend him to get the job done when it comes to pest control.

I had a major issue with roaches after Orkin and Terminex failed to get rid of them I called Bug Free pest control they were here with in the hour. The man who showed up was named John Long he spent a considerable amount of time doing the initial inspection wich neither of the other companies did. He explained what neede to be done to get the German cockroaches under control. I followed his advise about the sanitary issues and he did a treatment and he returns every month for a very reanonable fee and continues the treatment. This company is awsome!! I am free of the roaches and have been free of them for over a year. I am so impressed I lived with these for years because I thought I had to. I own several rental properties and hired Bug Free to service them also. My tenants are happy and Bug Free is worth every penny I spend. THANK YOU BUG FREE PEST CONTROL!
