Please read before using this company, I really encourage you to think twice!
If I could rate them a zero star I would. This company and the realtor that we had 'help' us has left us almost homeless. I am one to never leave a bad review unless I have a purpose.

We put a deposit on a house. MONEY LEFT WITH THE REALTOR WHILE WE DID THE APPLICATION, TO HOLD OUR SPOT UNTIL WE CLEARED.

We did a viewing on a Sunday, and said we wanted the house. We left money with the realtor and did all the paperwork that night. We had a few verifications to get before it was ours and I was under the impression that our deposit was holding our spot until all that cleared. I spent 2 hours filling out paperwork and faxing it to Shirley (our realtor) the night we put money down. I contacted many people to give them information, I did everything she asked. We have excellent credit and rental history.

We scheduled a U-HAUL and set up our account with Comcast. We were moving in TWO DAYS.

I get an email at almost 10 pm on Wednesday with our moving date scheduled for Friday. Shirley informs us that we have lost the house to someone who sent an application today (Wednesday).

We left money on this house and had done all the paperwork and yet they took an application from someone, two days after we said we wanted the home and left money for it.

Not only are we out a house, we are stressed and scrambling to FIND A PLACE TO LIVE IN 2 DAYS!

They are not ethical and will do anything to make a buck. There was no reason for them to do this to us being that we were the first to make an offer.

VERY UNETHICAL
