Provided by YP.comI would not even recommend this place. I would just advise her/him to continue looking elsewhere for a place. The place only has one good quality about it: location. They have a country setting, but yet, is close to town. That is it. Of course, if they had someone in management who knew how to deal with conflicts, it would be different. But the manager and other office employees seem to not know how to manage and nor are they friendly.
For the last year, I have complained repeatedly about my neighbors. They allow their dogs to run freely in the neighborhood which in turn, their dogs destroy other peoples property. Their dogs have already tore some of the skirting off my house. Last year they dug up my flowers and everything else they could get in to. At this time, I called them and even went to management in person. The response from them was 'we will take care of it'. Since that report, I still haven't seen any difference. The neighbors are still letting their dogs run freely to destroy other properties (and just a reminder - they expect those of us who rent the lot be responsible enough to care for their own lot. We just didn't realize that with all these problems, we were expected to clean up these neighbors dogs as well.
That is just the small stuff. For the past two weeks, things have even got worse. The first round was when my cats were laying on my (screened-in) porch when those dogs came running up to try to get to them. Then on the same day, just later, while my cats were sitting in the window sill taking naps, the dogs were jumping up and trying to get through the window. I heard all this going on while I was in the shower.
I made a report (I called and even spoke in person) to the office about it. Again I got the response 'we will take care of it'. Here it has been two weeks, and it is all still happening. What really pushed me this morning was when I was online doing my homework when I heard a lot of noise coming from the children's room. I thought they were playing. But when I got in there, I found the neighbors dog trying to get into the window. He already had his claws dug into the screen and ripped it almost off. And he did that so he could try to get to the kitties. Luckily, I made it back there in time to back him off.
Today I made the report differently. I wrote the complaint up in a letter and kept the copy. Then served it to the office. I informed that this was still going on. And most importantly, I left them know if I have to continue to clean up after or fix things from these dogs, I am not only holding the dog owners responsible, but the company as well. And I didn't end the note without putting it in writing:'each time that I have to clean up after their dogs, both the office and the dog owners will get a bill in the mail. I am not out $20000 for my education just to blow it on cleaning up after others pets for free. These are not my responsibility, Since I have made report after report, yes, someone there is going to held responsible.
And no, I can't recommend this place until management learns how to 'manage' better.

Provided by YPmobileManagement sucks, they don't care about their residents just money. I've been told multiple times I never paid my rent when I did so I had to pay double the amount or move. I have a little girl who just turned 2... looking for a new place at the moment isn't an option with having to work. Lots of utilities illegally hooked up costing me a ton of money because "countryside village isn't responsible". Look elsewhere for a place is HIGHLY recommended. After my contract is up I'm out of here!
