I called "Deluxe" to ask how long it would take to get a taxi at my house in the middle of a Wednesday, NOT a peak hour, and was told they would be able to send someone immediately. I needed a few minutes to get my babysitter to my house. I called back to order the taxi, and was told someone would be out ASAP. 90 minutes later, there was still no cab at my house! It only takes 20 minutes to drive from one end of the city to the other on the highway! I got nothing but excuses from the dispatcher, and I was out money I paid the babysitter that was sitting in my living room that whole time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It really sucks to find that one of the very few companies in Ft. Wayne is this unreliable. I am from San Francisco and used to being able to freaking hail a cab, or at the very least call for one and be on my way in 15 minutes. This "service" was an oxymoron. They lost out, because I am accustomed to tipping VERY WELL.

So I have been using this service for 2 weeks nearly everyday, sometimes paying $100 per ride (to and from a location). Whilst they have been good for getting around, the phone representatives aren't exactly nice mannered. I call today and dropped the phone and it hung up after they answered the phone. I call back and the first thing out the lady's mouth was "Why did you hang up!", and hung up on me - NOT NICE, especially when I have been providing them so much activity (every driver tells me on our routes how slow business is for them), she had no right to ask me that in that manner, as if she is my superior. Now that lady has lost one of her hard-working drivers some income for the day. Not just that, I will NEVER use this service again, so she not only caused one driver to lose some income, but many other drivers that would have received income due to my calls.
