These people are disgusting sociopaths that get a kick out of using animals to extort money out of people. They just cruse around looking for animals to pick up, even going as far as to steal dogs from peoples yards (this has happened to both myself and a friend of mine). They treat the animals bad: my dog got picked up from my backyard (she was out peeing) and they stole her and chipped her (after threatening to take me to court if I didn't have it done) and then charged me 45 dollars to get her out. When I received her 3 days later (because they are not open on the weekends and don't open till 11 on weekdays), she looked like she had been physically abused and she was under fed. My dog is totally harmless, yet they treated her like she was a T-Rex suffering from rabies. They are also very rude to people. I can't imagine how bad things are behind the scenes. Keep your animals away from these people, and keep them in sight, as they will steal them so they can extort money out of you.
