I had a computer full of viruses and was about to throw it against the wall. He said he could fix it or he wouldn't charge me... like he wanted the challenge.



It's run out of the guys house so they come pick up the computer, they didn't charge me for that either. They had it back to me the next day. They set it up and were off. The total bill was only $75 and I was ready to buy a new computer. Its running faster than ever before now and they installed a free antivirus that I will never have to pay for. Big thanks for that!



Only issue I had was that some of my software applications needed to be reinstalled when I got it back. I called the same guy about it and he said it was caused by spyware attaching itself to certain files. when they remove it, sometimes it takes the files needed by the application to run. He said just reinstall it and it will return to how I had it set up before. he was right. I didn't loose anything. I'm very impressed and I will refer them. I felt obligated to leave a review. Seriously, if you are having the same problem I had, call Helix computer company. Talk to Adam. We need more companies like this in town.
