Provided by YP.comA local haunt for hipsters, hippies & professionals alike with local history. Doesn't open til 4PM. Great food, drinks, atmosphere & long-time waitresses, but you definitely don't go there for quick, attentive service.
Order drinks 2 at a time, a fishbowl or two of their many craft brews & request complimentary warm bread, butter & crackers to compensate. I like the sourdough bread sandwiches (veggie) on pita wraps by request & they also make a great black & bleu salmon (neither on menu). Always order the chilli mayo with their fries or sandwiches. Deluxe black bean nachos are also a fave - even a half order is huge.
As far as daily specials, Meatloaf Monday is amazing - not your grandma's dish, unless your grandma is totally hip & awesome. Try the prime rib on Fridays, endless fish on Saturdays & seafood bar on the weekends.
I never save enough room for dessert because I end up eating so much bread, but they have a great variety of cakes & cheesecakes that I hear are amazing. Plan to wait to be seated on the weekends, but usually easy to grab a booth on weeknights.
