One of the first things you notice when entering the market is the meat counter that runs the the entire front of the store. The presentation of product is superior. You get that feeling that Dave and his staff really care about the quality of product, as well as service. I began shopping there about 5 years ago and have never been disapointed with anything I've perchased at the store.

You will probably see Dave in the store at some point any day you go in. You can ask any of the people behind the meat counter about preperatioin of meat and be confident that you are getting the best suggestions available.

Try Dave's own Pizza Meat. Wow, that's a topping for a prize winning pizza. Some of my wife's favorites are the varieties of marinated chicken breasts that go right from the package to the grill or oven. The brats, fresh, and not just the run-of-the-mill kind, but the best Dave can provide his customers, as are all the meats in the case.

Their cheeses, pies, (and don't forget to look in the cookie case by the front door) uphold the same standards as the meats and makes a stop at Dave Hill's Meat Market a real shopping experience.
