I'm looking at reviews about this store..should have done this BEFORE my interview. I had an interview a few weeks ago, my appointment was at 4pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Was told the 'manager' was not available and on his way, he arrived at 4:30, I had a 45 minute wait. So unprofessional. During the interview I decided this was not someone I wanted to work for...so arrogant and demeaning. As I read reviews about the service and comments this man has made to customers I'm grateful I'm not working there. I can't lie to clients, I offer excellent customer service and would take you to the TV stands, I would not lie to get a sale, the list goes on. Bottom line, this is not the place to spend your hard earned money.

When I first walked in the store, a guy looked at me and asked if he could help me. I said that I was looking for tv stands and instead of showing me where they were and trying to make a sale he said there down the ramp, to the right, scattered all over. I then went down and looked for them and found one that I really liked. A different salesman came over to me and asked if I wanted it and I said that I'd like to look at more first. So then I did that and then decided that I wanted the first one I was looking at. I then made a deal with him that if I pay cash then I can get 5% off. He wrote up a slip and I was to come in on Saturday to pay for it and pick it up. He then called the next day and said that he can't give me the 5% off and that he actually needs a hundred dollars more than what the price asked for. I said heck no not for fake wood when I can go have a tv stand made with real wood by an Amish guy for way less. I can't believe some of these furniture stores sell fake wood for 600 dollars, when you can have real wood made by an Amish guy for 400-500 dollars. You would also think that they would try to sell you there furniture and make a good deal. I made a verbal agreement and he backed down on it. Well I guess its there loss in the end.
