I highly recommend this therapist. She's very knowledgeable in her field and has helped me tremendously. She has a unique approach to therapy that incorporates healthy diet. I feel like a different person since starting my sessions with her and will continue to see her!

The person who wrote the previous review was highly abusive and out of control. I was there as a client and watched it happen. I have been seeing this therapist for over a year and I would highly recommend her. She is very gentle yet at the same time I feel so motivated to overcome my issues because of the techniques and approaches that she has been using with me and my kids!
