They shouldn't even get 1 star, but I have to check one of them. My husband and I have had a terrible time with Klopfenstein Home Rooms! The desk we paid in full for was delivered defective. A service guy has come out twice (once a,day after the desk was delivered, & then not,till almost a month later), & told us we needed new drawers ordered. After talking to a manager who was going to talk to the service manager they had "no idea" we needed new drawers again till after we called them. We've called them multiple times and left messages with people and they rarely call us back. We will never go there again! Right now my options are to keep the broken desk, or wait till the drawers come in, because they won't take the desk back. By the time the drawers come in I'll have waited almost 3 months to have a desk that's fixed.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They did nothing to make me ever want to shop there again. We purchased a recliner&waited 6 weeks for it.picked it up--chair was lopsided when sat in it. They told us it had to go back to service.That furniture is like a new car they sometimes need fixing once they have been made. would not return it to factory but fixed it. Brought it back home. Not fixed. We took it back again with a level&pictures2show them it still wasn't fixed. They fixed it again but we both went this time&sat in it before bringing home--still not fixed. We asked for our money back. Wouldn't give it to us.They finally let us order a diff chair but we paid more&wouldn't refund fabric protection.We waited 7 weeks. No chair. Said we orDered a popular fabric&it was back ordered&now until Dec. we started with getting the 1st chair in May. 2nd chair due Oct.Still no chair. finally got our money back for chair only after 6 mos. out fabric protect.&time&gas driving back&forth.

Do not shop here. The sales staff will lie and say anything to get to you purchase something. The sales woman lied to me about my purchase and then denied it. Bad customer service!

Very poor customer svc; I should have known there was something wrong when all their sales "order" sheets had "final sale" and "no refunds or exchanges" stamped on ALL order sheets! When purchasing something new, they cross this out. Once your 3 days to cancel an order is up, look out! They do not care how poor your experience with them is. They just remind you that you did not cancel the order within 3 days! I was overcharged for an item I had already paid for too. The visa credit card slip was attached to the sales order proving this but somehow they "missed" that it had been paid for. They are obviously not looking for the repeat or return customer. Wish I had listened to a friend who warned me not to buy from them. They also hid damage to a floor sample & tried to pass it off as "fine" just changing their displays. I bought more furniture since this experience a couple weeks ago and I DID NOT buy from them. I found another company to buy from! I'd never buy from this company again.
