I purchased new frames and lenses in June 2010, was happy with eye exam and new prescription, however, my lenses have started to lose the protective coatings and are now spotted and difficult to see with. I visited the store @ Coventry and was told they would have to send my glasses in to be refinished which would take at least a week. Since I cannot function without my current prescription I was unable to turn over my glasses. The technician informed me that they would not replace my lenses even though they are less than 1 year old. I will not do business with this company again.
