Had them pickup an LTL shipment in Chicago, and it was damaged beyond repair. Their insurance company refused to pay thus now I have to get a lawyer to litigate. They are foreign from Europe or somewhere, or Russia... very rude people. Never again!!! I will call Conway, Dayton, or Yellow Frt.
